Whats up with Mac Pro ram?

I was going with OWC, but I have second thoughts

Should I just fork out $2k for Apple ram?

Yep - OWC is a go! I have 2x 512 and 2x 1gb sticks in my mac pro. no problems with them. i have ordered a few things from them before and they have excellent service. I can order something from them over in the usa (i'm in au) and it will get here quicker than something i order from our country.

Ditto, I've got 4x1GB in mine and have had zero defects.
