IMO, there is a severe lack of good scary movies. Most are either really cheesy, have a bad (not to mention, predictable) storyline, or are just plain not scary.

Good Point!! Perhaps that does have some bearing on why we don't find movies that scary or shocking. To support that theory - I guess that explains why I find the idea of demons and spirits and evil forces so scary in movies (because that kind of stuff hasn't been proven/disproven). They're the ones that really get me... not those zombie/monster/silly movies!
Good pick. Throw in Alien for some sci-fi scares, and An American Werewolf in London for some comedy slaughter and we've got a good evening's viewing lined up there.sunfast said:
