What's you're favorite kind of pizza. I guess I'll split it up into 3 cats.

Fav Type:
NY style

Fav Toppings:
Usually mushrooms or just supreme.

Fav Brand (delivery/restaurant & frozen):
Sbarro's (although I don't eat it as much since there's only one in the mall) / lately it's been Mystic, although Freschetta Brick Oven and DiGiorno's make a mean frozen pie.

Fav Type:
Thick crust (not necessarily stuffed)

Fav Toppings:
If I buy it, I prefer pepperoni, sometimes sausage and mushrooms. If I make it, I like a good seafood pizza.

Fav Brand:
Lou Maltnati's or Giordano's if I'm buying.

Favorite Type: NY style -the best is the kind that has been sitting in the display for a while and they toss it back into the pizza oven for a few minutes to heat it up.

Favorite Toppings: Cheese

Favorite Brand: I really like small independently run pizza joints.

If I ever move from St. Louis, I will have to have some Imo's Pizza mailed to me. Sausage and Pepperoni, please. Imo's is true St. Louis style pizza, which, I've noticed, you probably won't like unless you're from here.

Fav Type: Most kinds you'll find in WNY... between thick crust and thin crust.

Fav Toppings: Pepperoni. Sometimes ham, sausage, bacon, etc. if I'm very hungry. I also love white pizza.

Fav Brand: I like the local pizzerias here much more than the chains, but I'd have to pick Sbarro's (especially the ones that are flipped?) and Pizza Hut.

there's a local pizzeria near my house that makes an incredible bbq chicken pizza. the crust is thick and chewy (hate crunchy), and the pizza's loaded with chicken, bbq sauce, onions and other goodies. yum!

on the national chain side of things, i'm a big fan of the philly cheese steak pizza that domino's makes.

Thin Crust
Mushrooms
Papa Johns... I can't help it. I love the garlicy sauce

though i'm not a big fan of their garlic butter sauce, i do love their nacho cheese sauce.

A little part of my soul dies when I read descriptions like this! I'm a bit of an east-coast Pizza Purist, and rarely stray away from a plain pie, preferably bar/tavern style with thin crust. That means: crust, tomato sauce, mozzarella.

Here's a pic of a Star Tavern pie from up here in North Jersey. MMMmmm.

Pizza Marzano does a wholemeal pizza base which is so tasty you could almost eat it without the toppings, but I tend to go for this one off the menu

Giardiniera alla Genovese
Aubergines, courgettes, red peppers, red onions, cherry tomatoes and Pesto alla Genovese

All washed down with a litre of cava sangria. Yum!! :)

I guess my pizza palette isn't quite as refined because I love Pizza Hut's pepperoni pizzas.

Haha. I wouldn't say there's anything wrong with that. I get cravings for all of the places at different points. I will say that of the major national pizza chains, Pizza Hut gets my vote- partially because it is way better than either Dominoes or Papa John's the next day. The reheatability is great!
