142 wpm, no mistakes.

The summer between fourth and fifth grades, my mom kept me occupied by making me learn to touch-type. She thought that it would help me be a secretary when I grew up, but it's way more helpful for my life as a software engineer. :)

I did go back and correct mistakes as I made them.

74wpm with 1 mistake - IN instead of In. Oh, well... 74 is OK, but I'm a bit slow today...

The clop and roar of the train was an uneasy element somewhere at the back of the tall man's dreams. It would die away - die away and fantastic hurrying faces come up to claim his attention. He would think "I am sure I am asleep. This is certainly a dream." Then came a jolt as they roared, with a sudden increase of racket, over a bridge and through a cutting. The fantastic faces disappeared. He was cold and stiff. For the hundredth time he opened his eyes to see the dim carriage-lamps and the rows of faces with their murky highlights and cadaverous shadows.

I was wondering whether the system could detect copy and paste, but I wasn't brave enough to try it like you.

First try. I did make a few mistakes but I instinctively self-corrected them the moment I noticed, which surely affected my time. I type a lot faster when I know what I want to say rather than doing it by dictation/copying.

Let you not mistake your duty as I mistook my own. I came into this village like a bridegroom to his beloved, bearing gifts of high religion; the very crowns of holy law I brought, and what I touched with my bright confidence, it died; and where I turned the eye of my great faith, blood flowed up. Beware, Goody Proctor - cleave to no faith when faith brings blood. It is mistaken law that leads you to sacrifice. Life, woman, life is God's most precious gift.

I don't remember making any mistakes and correcting them, but I guess if I did it would probably have happened subconsciously.
