I hope you can help me. Since December 22, my WhatsApp has stopped backing up. I keep getting an error message saying that I don't have enough free storage space on my iPhone. I need to free up -150 MB of storage space. But:
1. I still have plenty of GB of free iCloud storage.
2. There is still 150 GB free on the iPhone itself.
3. The message can't be right because the display shows a negative number. So I would have -150 MB too little storage?
4. I turned the backup function off and on again via iCloud and WhatsApp. No success.
5. Same problem over Wi-Fi and 5G.
I've already contacted WhatsApp and Apple, but there's no real support. WhatsApp only provides automated responses from AI.
I'm really at a loss. What should I do?
