WhatsApp Chat Backup to iCloud Stuck at 0%

Hi all,

I've been trying to port over my backups to my new phone but I ran into an error with WhatsApp chat backup. I am trying to backup only my WhatsApp messages but it just gets stuck at 0% for hours. Any one has a solution for this?

I also found that I am unable to do anything with a WhatsApp Messenger entry when I go to "Manage Storage" in my ICloud but I am able to select my other backups.
