When Do You Take The Watch Off?

Off when I sleep because I don't like feeling an object on my wrist and then off when showering for hygienic purposes (and after I normally wash and polish my watch, so I'd take it off anyway).

Otherwise it's probably on me.
 
I take mine off when I game, noticed that it was not comfortable on my right wrist (I am left handed) because it rubbed against my mouse pad.
