OK this is my 3rd post in a row after mad jew! looks for a thread mad jew hasn't posted in to not repeat the apparent trend!
 
i usually get up sometime between seven and eight through the whole week. i don't set an alarm anymore. i only have to do that during the summer. i wake up fairly often during the night so i can choose when to finally crawl out of bed.

[edit] Oops, I thought it said WHAT do you do when you wake up. Up at 5 and in the office by 7:30. Run to gym 2, sometimes 3 days a week. On premises gym in condo I live in.
 
Go to bed around 10pm during the week, get up at 4 a.m for my route, go back to sleep at 5:30 a.m and sleep till 7:30am and go to school. Then on weekends I get up around 1 p.m give or take an hour or two.
 
My alarm goes off at 6. Which means I get up about 6:15.;)

I have a long commute, but I take the bus, which means I can doze off en route if I need to.

I go to bed between 10 and 11, depending on what's on TV.
 
6:30AM... usually regardless of how late I go to bed. No I do not go to work. None of my classes are before 9AM.

My eyes just pop open and I can't fall back asleep. Blue Velvet can vouch for me that I'm up early, even on the weekends. :p
 
generally, on school days, i'm up by 6:30 and out of the house by 7, but sometimes that's delayed a fair bit :p :eek:
on weekends, whenever i feel like it, which is generally from about 11 to about 1. but i pretty much end up with the same amount of sleep every night due to my staying up so especially late on weekends :D
what sucks is that i'm a *very* heavy sleeper, so i can't put the alarm across teh room and have it still wake me up so i have to fight that urge to just reach like a foot over and push the sleep button...:(
 
School nights im usually in bed by 2 or 3 AM then i get up at 10 AM or so to get ready for school. Then... on the weekends... We usually dont get to bed before about 3 or 4 or 5 AM. And dont really wake up till about 12... 1... 2 PM and just about dont do anything all weekend long. So really... we dont wake up on the weekends.
 
I feel so lazy.

I usually get up in between 12-2PM. Usually goto bed anytime between 1AM and 4AM. Sometimes I have trouble falling asleep. My earliest class this semester was 2:45PM.

During the summer for work I'd be up around 7-7:30AM and goto bed around 10 or 11PM.

I'm exactly the same apart from the Blue Velvet bit. Once there's even a little bit of light, I have to wake up. It's frustrating if I only got to bed a few hours earlier though.

Except it's not just being 'light' out... my body won't let me sleep for more than 3 hours straight at a time, and no more than six and half hours for the 'night'. :confused: And you're right-- it is frustrating!

That sucks. Are you a big coffee (or cola) drinker? I find my insomnia's significantly worse when I get on the Coke or coffee.

One coffee a day; half caff... some days I'll have have of a can of diet Coke. My doctors don't think that that amount of caffeine is too much... they've prescribed different sleeping pills but that's silly (I can fall asleep easily, just can't stay asleep :eek:).
 
For Me caffeine is severely ineffective. I can drink an espresso right before I go to bed and still be dead tired. It has almost no effect.
 
7:30 AM...must be in the shower by 8:10 to be out the door by 8:40 to be at work by 9.

Then again, it never works out that way, especially since the roads are bad (middle of nowhere+ice on roads=danger). I've been getting into work at 9:10 or so. No biggie since I'm usually the first one there.

i know how that is. i usually only sleep for about four hours straight max. then wake up every hour on the hour. i can tell my body to wake up in a half hour and it does. i dont know how it does it. but hey i think its cool.

do you have a lot of tension though? when im overly stressed or my muscles are tight i can't sleep. maybe a massage? get the bf to do it. :p
