When I get my new 4S tomorrow...

So, I currently have an Android device on AT&T. My iPhone 4S arrives tomorrow and I was wondering how the activation process works. Do I have to do anything with my old phone? Also, two phones are coming to my house: one for me and one for my brother, does it matter how we activate them? Can someone help me out please?

Turn on the phone when you receive it and follow the instructions on the screen.

The box will come with instructions. Can't be that hard, I imagine.
