There was a news somewhere where I understood that iPhone 4S would be available for sell in USA, unlocked versions included .

This told us that you could reserve this phone on the Apple website between 9pm and midnight. But I am still trying and it looks like it does not work.

The word you're looking for is sale. Sorry, but it seems to be a generational thing and some people think you can sale things on Craigslist. It's really annoying.

Anyway, Apple has not yet given a date when the unlocked iPhone will be available. Their statement reads:

Coming in November

The unlocked iPhone works only on supported GSM networks, such as AT&T in the U.S. When you travel internationally, you can also use a micro-SIM card from a local GSM carrier. The unlocked iPhone will not work with CDMA carriers such as Verizon Wireless or Sprint.

We'll just have to wait.
