Are you being a troll or what? I'm giving good advice for the OP to work with.
Yes, I do understand that there is a difference between the two. YOU said the lemon law (in general) doesn't cover anything but cars. I simply showed that you were incorrect and that, in my state, the lemon law covers computers. Do you still not realize that I posted a link for the OP so he can click whatever state he lives in (since he didn't supply this) to find out how the lemon law may apply to him? You were wrong, why don't you just man up and stop digging yourself a deeper hole?
You do?
Because I asked for a specific citation to United States Code that addresses consumer electronic/computer warranties. You failed to provide one, because there isn't one. You then willfully chose to provide a state example, which is not what was requested.
You should learn to read text more carefully, and to admit when you have failed to provide what has been requested. By admitting that I wrote lemon laws generally only apply to cars, you're admitting I was correct--the overwhelming majority of states do not have lemon laws that specifically cover computers. Nor does any section of United States Code. Why not simply admit that?
Further, the OP would not get anywhere with a lemon claim even in California, as he/she wrote that it has been serviced for different issues. Since you're not a lawyer, I don't expect that you'll understand that distinction.
