iPod touch When is the Ipod touch 5G coming out..?

Because in the US when you get an iPhone from a cell phone company, to get phone service, you also have to get a data plan. ANd that is why I said no thanks to an iPhone. Free WiFi on my iPod touch has been good enough for me.
ROFL. Wow. So your suggestion is the poster move to another country to escape the screwed up nature of the U.S. cell phone market, rather than ask for an updated iPod Touch.

I think Apple could reveal the next ipod touch in the upcoming event ? WWDC at June.I am thinking to buy myself and ipod touch but ı am not sure what to do ? Should ı wait for it ? What is the percentage that they will reveal ipod touch 5 th generation on june event ?

1) Buying an iPhone without a contract is very expensive. I believe it's $599.00 for a 16 Gb and $699.00 for a 32 Gb and they don't currently have a 64 Gb iPhone.
2) I'm not sure how it is now but you needed a provider (i.e. contract) to use the iPhone at all.
Note: The real cost of an iPhone is much more then $30.00 / month.

If they come out with a new iPod Touch, it will be Sept/Oct of this year.
Last month 9to5mac reported that a file inside of an internal iOS 5.1 build shows that Apple is working on a fifth-generation iPod touch. It has been labeled iPod 5,1 internally. So here's hoping!

I'd wait, while I like my 4th gen - got it when it originally came out in black only I wouldn't pay the current price for the same hardware unless you can find a really good deal price...
Waiting is ok but the problem is wait for 5-6 months is too much
If it comes at all, it will be 5-6 months.
If you want one now, buy a used 4th gen and resell it if/when the 5th gen come out.
I've been an iPod touch owner for many years now and never bit the bullet on the iPhone, but I'm thinking of just getting a used iPhone 4 as my upgrade this time around unless the touch 5g just blows me away w/ the update
I really hope you are wrong and Apple announces an iPod touch during WWDC. But I know that's being foolishly optimistic. Honestly I was really disappointed that they didn't announce the iPod touch with iPhone4s or with the new iPad. September will be disturbingly late. My 3rd gen is really just about chugging along.

Besides, if it does come out during WWDC, the chance of it getting a bigger screen is zero. iPhone will obviously be the first among the two to get a bigger screen.
Okay here is what I have noticed when they came out with the new iPhone 4 which was a new design from the iPhone 3GS right and they had the iPod 3 generation which was a mock of the iPhone 3/3GS so when they came out with the new model iPhone they came out with a new model iPod so when they come out with a new model iPhone 5 they will come out with a new iPod 5 which will sorta be a clone of the iPhone just without the phone
That's the way it has been. They come out in September or early October or they don't come out at all.
the release of the 4S iPhone last Fall threw things out of order.
The leaks of iPhone parts recently would lead me to expect the new iPhone within 60 days which would be a return to the old order and the larger screen would strongly indicate a similar size for the new Touch in September.
