If that’s true then by the time they need a new phone (they’ll be around 95 then) it might be good to think outside the box. Like getting a senior-friendly phone with big buttons and pre-programmed contacts so they could still call people and a digital photo frame for the pictures of their grandchildren. By that time, figure out what they want and not just get them a new iPhone by default.I really worry about it for my relatives -- they are in their late 80's and really struggle with "swipe" type things already.
If someone at 95 still wants flashy apps in their lives they can learn how to swipe, don’t worry. Those elderly people are still quite sharp!
