I'm in college community one and I did ask my professor via email he told me it's self explanatory

He only explained two questions
[doublepost=1461373621][/doublepost]Not asking for the answers to the questions only to explain the question

You're professor sounds like he isn't doing his job, it is inexcusable that he would dismiss you like that. Unfortunately, I'm not entirely sure what he means by his questions.

These questions I want you guys to explain to me only please
  1. What are some of its design specifications? for example eBay and amazon
    1. Does the Web site link to any internal systems or systems of other organizations?
    1. What data does it use?

I BET - that the questions will be "self-explanatory", and likely related to your other study materials for your course.
Or, are you saying that the assignment is not related to the course that you are taking?

On a related note - the questions that you have offered appear to be pretty basic for a beginner level course in web design.
Have you tried reviewing your course study materials yet?

Even better.
"Using web page links to access internal/external systems"
"Identify source/support data in use"

review your course materials, if you have to.
This is not as hard as you make it out to be.
It's pretty basic stuff that you should be understanding for an intro course.
