Im so tired of every manufacturer putting their disgusting logo on their nice case. This needs to stop. It is very unlikely that your logo will be legible enough to generate significant sales and it ruins your product. Apple products are known for their minimalist look and I've had to pass up dozens of products due to ugly logos. Stop. Just stop case manufacturers.

Let's be honest, which of these would you rather buy?

It's to "stand out" from millions of generic cases out there. I agree though, some logos are poorly designed and placed.

Apple are as guilty of this as anyone. Did you not notice the apple logo???
 
I like Logos. I once bought a Lincoln car but there were no logos on it and i payed a lot of money for it. But when I got home all my friends said I had a Yugo. And they all laughed at me the whole time I had the car.😡
 
I don't have a problem if the logo is simple, elegant, tasteful and unobtrusive.

I can understand where the OP is coming from because I have been turned off by big, ugly logos before.

Logos are essential. Self explanatory. I have to agree with logo placement, and I like how Spigen/belkin/griffin places their logo, as well as its design. Very clean.
 
Yeah it all depends on the logo and where it is placed. Some are fine, some have turned me off completely. It's unfortunate because I've definitely seen some cases that were very well designed .... minus the huge ugly logo.

I don't care, as long as it's tasteful. Can't be any worse than owning a gold phone. 🙂

They'll "learn" when their sales are significantly impacted. That's currently not the case as you're among the minority. You can certainly gripe about it but it would be more productive to find a solution that fits your specific needs/wants than to expect the entire industry to change for you.
