I know! To me it's really just the phone. It's a tool and not something I feel the need to fondle and sleep with.

Yeah, it's just my phone. But when I'm glued to it and ignoring/annoying those around me, they call it "my Precious".

I always call it "phone", unless I'm specifically discussing its brand. Everyone else seems to call it "iPhone". (kids, coworkers, etc)
