You would think they would have fixed the issue in the major update that was just released (12.1) but that does not seem to be the case.
If anything it's just the opposite. I wasn't having any problems until I updated to 5.1.

Unreal. Apple seriously screwed up here. All I know is that as soon as iOS12 came out I lost my limited time achievements on the first day iOS12 came out.

I & Wife as well! AND ALL awards dating from Apr 2017 to Nov 2017 “All History Data GONE” Updated To iOS 12 - ALL GONE. Working with Apple Support for three weeks “downloading data” Still NOTHING! We’re in our 60’s and take activity seriously! S0/S2/S3/S4

That’s Apr 2015 to Nov 2017 “old fingers & mind”

I didn’t have any as of yesterday, but now some have started to reappear.
What’s worse is I couldn’t even see the Awards since I purchased my AW4. Thankfully WatchOS 5.1 and/or iOS 12.1 have restored what was lost to me. Hopefully the rest appear soon.

Today a few more of my special badge awards have trickled in. Apple may be tinkering behind the scenes or things are finally catching up.

My Perfect streak badges are still a day or two behind. Hopefully things catch up soon.

Mine were missing but reappeared after updating the phone and the watch, so I can't say which did it. Obviously both did a restart after the update.

Replying to my post to correct it. I got everything back EXCEPT the Thanksgiving 2017 5K challenge. Seems odd that that one should be missing.

Same for me, my Perfect Streak is two days behind now. They do seem to be catching up.

I just got my “Perfect Month” achievement for the month of October out of nowhere! None of the limited edition ones are anywhere to be seen restored though

It does seem like Apple is working on it. I would recommend to you guys that you let Apple know of your problems. It may not do much, but at least it will let them know that a lot of people are having issues with this

I received my perfect month award for October, but only in the app. My perfect streak award is still two days behind and I’m not trying to lose 789 days for nothing.

I reached out to Apple just before the release of 12.1 and WatchOS 5.1; I couldn’t see my Awards tab at all and I wasn’t receiving awards either, the only one I’d receive a notification for was reaching my daily goal. I was told the engineers were working on finding a solution and I’d hear back...I’d assume they’re working on a lot more now because I haven’t heard back. At least either iOS 12.1 or WatchOS 5.1 restored my ability to finally see my Awards tab in the activity app. That was driving me crazy!

789 days?! Wow, that is VERY impressive

That was fixed in iOS 12.1. The page on Apple’s website was updated and indicated that. I was missing several special challenge badges and all came back with the release of 12.1.

I didn’t get any of my limited edition achievements recovered and my 44mm series 4 is on 5.1 and iPhone X is on 12.1

So one interesting thing is this, is Apple actually fixing these achievements for us on the SERVER end or is it something that’s going to require an actual software update?

I know how that feels. I’m up to 761 days right now. I had the streak interrupted 2 years ago due to time zone differences during trans-Pacific flight messing up the data and I’m not going to let a software glitch ruin it again.

Did it catch up on its own or are you two days behind like the rest of us?

Well 5.1.1 is out and no change with streaks and awards catching up; still two days behind.

I wonder if there will need to be to another dual iOS and WatchOS update at the same time? That seemed to be the catalyst for me when 12.1/5.1 were released.

I'm still missing the 2017 Thanksgiving/November 5K award.

Still roughly 3 days behind. I'm guessing I'm an extra day behind because I'm in a timezone that's ahead of most of the users who posted in this thread (UTC+9) and the badge updates to the Activity app for a specific day are being issued at a certain time from Apple's servers?

Just got an alert on my watch for the upcoming Veterans Day Limited Edition Achievemnt on November 11, should be easy to complete and get the badge.

Too bad I still did not receive my preveioisly completed limited edition badges as of today.
It makes no sense how they were recovered to some users in this thread yet some of us didn’t get any of our lost limited edition achievements recovered

I’m still a couple of days behind on badges. Come on Apple!
