Where are you buying from in the UK?

Well, I have my pre order coming tomorrow. But if I hadn't, I would be trying my luck at my local 24hr Tesco at midnight. Good luck everyone.
 
Ok, so I'm going down there and seeing if I can pick up a 64gb white wifi, preordered a 32gb white wifi but since the whole apps have doubled in size news has come out I'm regretting it. Can I just walk into an apple store w/paper work and return it unopened?
 
went on the john lewis site and you can now 'purchase' the new iPad, they are all showing as out of stock though, is this because they have already sold out or will stock appear at 12:01?

It would be amazing if it did, but I emailed earlier and they said 5pm tomorrow (though I was sceptical!)

Purchased one from John Lewis online will pick it up on saturday afternoon and you get a 2 year warranty.;)

I've ordered one from argos. picking up at 9am. 32gb black wifi. seem to have most models available in stock. Sheffield by the way and not a very big branch of argos - probably the smallest in Sheffield. i am expecting to get to argos at 9am to be told they don't have any !!!
 
the Argos reservations are going fast, 16GB versions seem to be all but gone in N.Ireland. i managed to get a 32GB black reserved, collect today after i leave kid to school :)

Had an order in the Apple store from the second day after launch with the status "shipping 30th March".

I wasn't keen on waiting two more weeks so last night I went to Tesco at 00:01, but unfortunately they didn't have the 32GB 4G model. Then following this forum, at 00:30 managed to order through Jonh Lewis for Saturday delivery. Then I proceeded to cancel my order with Apple.

I was still missing the Three sim card, this morning I found this deal, 3GB 3 months prepaid with Three, for £11:

anyone know how the 2 year JL warranty works

guess 1 year Apple 2nd by JL

is it transferable so if you sell it next year can you sell it with a 12 month warranty
