Am I the only one who thinks listing all the tag strategies people use in one handy thread for bike thieves to see is a stupid idea?

nah, the reality is the reaaaally dumb ones dont check or sell it so fast they dont care, and the really good ones know all the tricks already -and- know you aren't going to come through their turf to retrieve it. thats how it goes in the city i live in anyway...

i would place that in my front fork-handle bar down tube.
no onw would take that part of a bike since they are the same color and maerial
but  tag probaby wont fit....luckily there areother manu alternatives.
