I haven't tried the nylon bands as they wouldn't work for me from a style perspective. Nylon bands are not really fashionable for guys

Not fashionable? One could say the flueroastamer bands are not fashionable. You should hold and wear one before judging it. I own black and pearl woven nylons bands from Apple, they are very sleek looking, lightweight and durable. You can speak for yourself, but not other "Guys" in general.

I said the sport bands are nice for a sporty look not fashionable.

Also, I'm not talking for other guys. I clearly wrote that it is my opinion. But if you think a nylon band will provide a look that will pair with a nice dress outfit for work or out for a nice supper etc you don't have much fashion sense. It would be leather and possibly the metal bands that can provide that look.

@3lionsbecks quoted: "Nylon bands are not really fashionable for guys."

Then I suggest you take the time to re-read what you posted the first time. Read what you quoted above. That's clearly what you stated.

Aside from that, nobody here compared the nylon band for a nice dress outfit or formal dinner party. I indicated they are sleek, lightweight and durable. It was never stated what band would pair with what. It's irrelevant in the sense of fashion, because everyone's sense of fashion is different. Again, thats your bias.

But since you appear ignorant to the fact that you physically haven't used the nylon or understand Apple doesn't use cheap materials, then it's understated that your opinion is anecdotal. And yes, I own both black stainless and regular link bands, leather loop and other varieties to interchange for my liking.

The point is you're posting judgement on something you haven't used or have knowledge of. Clearly.

Sport bands are comfortable, however, on warmer days, your wrist can't breathe. The nylon bands are now my top favorite. Durable and very light weight.

I like the nylon bands but I think they look terrible with the SS model. If I could go back I would have bought the dark grey sport model because it seems to go well with every band.

The pearl nylon band pairs well with the stainless, being it has a shimmer to it, as does the stainless. Otherwise, I have paired the black nylon band with the black stainless, which looks good in my opinion.

You think I haven't seen the nylon bands in the Apple Store at all? I can clearly judge what is fashionable and what isn't. Plus I didn't say they aren't functional at all. They are but they look like they are suited for children.

No more arguing with you. I don't respect your opinion so please don't bother replying. I've seen you in many different threads and you are fundamentally different than I am.

Enjoy your nylon strap.

That's not how it works on forums with advising others not to reply. Again, ignorance plays a roll for you with forum rules and your self bias.

3lionsbeck, What don't you understand? And I don't mean this disrespectfully. For the third post, no one here compared fashion to preference. It was never stated what is fashion or what it pairs with, it has everything to do with what some one chooses or likes. It's not difficult to understand. It appears you don't get it. And I'm not trying to disparage against you. It's like you're attempting to bury your original post with word salad.

You don't have to respect my opinion, however, I respect yours. I also respect there is no sense in talking to wall.

And I will enjoy my Nylon band(s) and 24 other bands I own.

Interesting. Is this a new band that was added recently? I don't recall seeing this color before.

The Pearl band has more of a shimmer in person. It looks nice.

Definitely Milanese loop. I got a sports band as well as I thought I'd use it for working out. Turns out the Milanese loop is actually better for sports than the sports band itself: infinitely adjustable and breathes better. Never gets dirty either, which is a small miracle. I don't have much hair on my arms, but it has never snagged any in the almost two years I've worn it.
