I don't think I've fired up Safari since the day I bought my Mac. Installing Firefox was probably the first thing I did.

I do use Flock from time to time for the buit in support of Flickr.

Safari is much faster than Firefox 2 however I think that Firefox 2 looks much smoother and It can also handle some things that Safari cannot. I use both,.. its never a bad idea to have 2 browsers. Just not ie5 please. :D

oh, yeah, i have firefox, minefield, omniweb, safari, webkit, shiira, icab, camino, main use firefox and omniweb

The page itself is a bit confusing, so ignore the text and look at the three pictures in the left column. Safari displays them correctly, Firefox doesn't.

Nice page! Although I wouldn't really see this page as an argument against Firefox but rather as a hint to web developers to use only images with the right color profiles on web sites as most web browsers out there do not support color management.

I use Firefox, mainly because I'm used to it from my PC. I also love the extensions that allows you to modify your browser to work best for you. Also, Firefox has themes, which can make Firefox look identical to Safari, if you wish.

Those of you Safari fans should try Inquisitor X, it's free and is like spotlight for the web.

It works with search engines other than Google, localised versions of Google, and it remembers what you have searched and how many times you have visited a page.

It's free (it didn't used to be) and is a very handy tool.
