So with the gift card, I got the contour in black leather. I am very pleasantly surprised. It’s very light, fits well, is small enough to be grippy, overall very impressive. I do hate the cut outs however

I prefer the asymmetrical cutouts at the bottom to match the phone design. Unfortunately, the Mous is symmetrical

Been using the Sheath and Synthesis with no complaints...But amazon is having a one day sale today on the Apple leather cases...$34. Just ordered the forest green for my MG Pro Max...

Honestly no idea. Very disappointing as the phone didn’t drop.

Not a bad feeling case. Pretty light. Not a ton of face down protection but passable. Phone slid in easier than I’d expected but doesn’t feel at risk of coming out easy(or I’m just stuck on last Pelican I had being rather difficult to slide into case). Buttons on side pretty flush. Holes on bottom asymmetrical @felloffthetruck. Not too shabby of a case at $29–as I say, I’ve definitely spent more on stuff I like less. Back a “hard” plastic; sides a slightly softer rubber. Doesn’t feel like it’s going to slide out of my hand but definitely not winning any “grip” awards. Feels super SOLID in hand. No rough pinky edges on bottom.

Any specific pics anyone wants?

Yeah not too bad. Curious as to how much “heavier” one with the magnets is in back, the EMS iteration.

Got my Mous Contour in blue. Pleasantly surprised at the texture. Feels better than the speckled black. Think that’ll be going back and I’ll be keeping the blue. No QC issues that I can tell either.

Not crazy about the nubs that keep the back of the case off the table on the synthesis but the rest of the case is awesome. Never tried the solid suit.

I’m wondering how much protection does Synthesis have, the marketing shows most rugged but the drop tested is the same as the Sheath.

It’s definitely thicker and feels more protective for sure.

How are the buttons?

Not quite as good as my first Contour. Power button is still mushy. The volume buttons before were ok, like a B- on the old case. This one is probably a C/C+. I’ll see how much I like them after a day and see if it’s a dealbreaker.

Yeah thats why i didn't get one this year, sides pull away from the phone too easily.
