I like Tech 21’s cases but what it did to my sons 7+ is criminal. This took several years but still 😬.

This was the main reason I didn't get the Evo Check this year. I got the diamond imprints on my pixel 2xl. It's also one of the reasons I am hesitant about picking up the Mous Limitless 4.0 due to the potential imprints from the magsafe and other patterns in the inside lining of the case. Wish there was some way to avoid this.
 
Has anyone ever used these Surphy cases? I really can't decide between pink citrus and white from Apple, and can't justify the price of both, and I like the microfiber lining. So I'm thinking of getting the pink citrus and just getting this cheapo white silicone case with microfiber for the white, since I'd probably use the white less often anyway to preserve the color:

ETA kumquat is also in the mix. Love the color but worried about it looking halloween-ish when my screen is black against the orange case. I can see why this thread is so long, it's so hard to pick a good case.

Yeah I bought one last year. Was on the phone for less than five minutes. It picked up every single solitary speck of dirt, lint and fluff it came in contact with.

Could you let me know and provide link for the black and blue carbon/aramid cases you have featured there please?

I order the Pitaka aramid (carbon look and feel) case back in November 2020, arrived 2021. Got my iPhone 12 Mini in blue Thursday night and slapped on my DBrand Icons (blacked out) decal and came through perfectly. That lasted for 15mins - no pick and unfortunately after 20mins of trying, gentle at first and then just plain determination to get the Pitaka on ... damaged both the decal as well as the case. Lesson learned - never order your cases too far in advance before purchasing your iPhone.

I did sent them an email as I’m considering purchasing again, since I’m passed my 2mth upon receiving warranty for the Pitaka case - but wanted to know if their build is now a better fit - was too tight and non-flexible even just a bit to get the lip over the iPhone 12 mini.

So looking for a new case 🙁 Love my 12 mini thought absolutely LOVE this ~ most favourite iPhone ever.

I have a similar issue with the 2 Pitaka cases i have as well. The first i purchased was the grey twill case which was in November and the case fits fine but is a little hard to remove , as for the Blue twill which i got in Jan is a little loose on the top left corner and flexes a little and the package did not even come with the small pads that they include to improve fit.But other wise very happy with the cases as i like minimalist cases.

So the Blue Aramid Fiber case that i have is from Pitaka as per link below.

The surphy looks to have decent protection from the images. The feel and fit of course you will only know from experience or if someone here has one

I got my Mous Infinity MagSafe Case for the 12 ProMax on Saturday and I'm pretty disappointed. Fingerprints everywhere, it's very slippery, the cutouts are wrong for the bottom speakers, debris gets in somehow as well. I've never tried the Apple clear Mag-Safe case but all I've heard about is how slippery it is - I can't imagine it's any worse than the Mous. Ironically, I was most worried about how well Apple's MagSafe Wallet would adhere to the magnet and that is actually very good. But, yeah, I'll use this every once in a while but it's back to the Apple leather case for me.
