Which case did you get??

Piel Frama for me, Sena my wife.

I've been using the Piel Frama imagnum for years, all the way back to my Treo 650 days. Its probably the only one I'll ever use. It holds phone secure, useable in case, removable clip to belt, entire screen available. I just think they are the best. I'm waiting on my b/o from cases.com, there are 2 versions, this 599 is my favorite, the flap is more secure than the 594. http://www.cases.com/piel-frama-599-imagnum-v2-black-leather-case-for-apple-iphone-5.html

My wife likes to keep her cc and dl w/hers, so she will only use the Sena WalletSlim which I have on b/o for her as well.

Just returned from Target, they have a pretty decent supply of iPhone 5 cases and screen protectors at much more reasonable prices than Best Buy. Picked up a BestCase for 19.99, slim and great coverage.

I'm currently using a Photive Natural Slim Case for Apple iPhone 5 I got from Amazon that I received on launch day, it's only 10.00 but is the same thing incipio and a few others are charging 20-30.00 for. Fits perfect an is so slim you can barely tell its on the iPhone., 125 x 61 x 9.3mm. I only wish it offered top protection. It's to hold me over and being used in a leather clip on case I've had from the palm 750 (I think).

I have the black one. It looks great. Seems to be pretty minimal protection. There is barely a lip on the front. I like it.
 
this is the worst thing i have seen on the internet. You might as well poop in a ziplock bag and stick your phone in that, and carry that around. That will provide just as much protection and will make the phone look just as good.

i agree i put mine in a sock which i cut so it fits the iphone snugly!
id suggest buying a good sock like ralph lauren for example!
best thing is you get 2 for the price of 1 so you can wear the excess one!

I ended up buying a night sky Otterbox Defender. I'm young and careless with my phone, and people always need/want to use it anyway, so it was a good decision. I won't have to worry about forgetting it's in my pocket and playing basketball.

It fits really nicely and feels good in the hand. The screen protector could be just a bit closer, but I'm glad I made the purchase.
 
Anyone just do vinyl decals? They look nice but they tend to peel so I'm not sure what type of case is best for that. Invisible shield backs? Griffin Reveal (clear back case)? Naked (just replace the decal every few weeks)?

Personally, I dont worry about scratching too much but I also dont want to have it peeling every other day (or having my daughter tear it off).

dang, I didn't know there was one yet, I've loved my sliders for my 3 and 4.

I bought an Amazon case yesterday, it shipped today. I've been using my phone naked all week, I like it.
 
Just got my iPhone 5 today at the apple store in NYC 5th Ave. But when i got there they had no cases for the iPhone! So i went to an ATT store near by and bought a Speck CandyShell Grip (White/Black) case. So far i'm loving it and it has great reviews!
 
Right now I am switching between a cheap ionic white case and a ringke case both from amazon. I am looking forward to a good leather case either the 12 south case or one like the lux from switcheasy.
