I would like to see which models you are planning on getting and why.

I'm debating between the 14 pro and pro max. I am coming from the regular 13 model so whichever I choose will be really nice upgrade! I'm just worried the pro max might be too big so that's why I'm hesitant on picking that over the pro.

Would certainly get a pro model again (switched to 13 mini recently) - only if the weight comes down significantly. Have a feeling the phone will be even heavier than the last two years.

Next year that might be a reality after they cool down from making the lenses larger.

14 Pro Max, I am coming from a 13 Mini and as much as I love this form factor, I'm looking forward to not having to even think about my battery throughout the day. I have had a 7 Plus and XS Max in the past, so the large screen iPhones aren't foreign to me, so hopefully I'll re-adjust to the size within a couple weeks.

Everything I decide now can be wiped away due to actual ergonomics and whether or not a certain model’s display will aggravate my migraines. Fortunately your question focuses on our thoughts at this very moment based on knowing very little.

On that basis, I’m going for the 14 Pro Max because I envy how much battery life my husband gets on his 13 Pro Max.

I’m extremely fond of my beautiful Starlight SE 2022. It’s been everything I could wish for in a small light iPhone suited for carrying around in the pockets of light summer clothes and tiny summer purses. I’ll see it again next summer!

But Fall and Winter and early slushy Spring are ahead of me. I want to curl up with the big phone and all those freaky looking owl eye lenses! 😆

I voted Pro 6.1. This will be my first Pro phone, there seem to be some good upgrades coming from the standard 13. I don’t think there’s a compelling case to go from standard 13 to standard 14 though, unless that satellite rumour or try, which if that is true that’s huge

Either of the 6.7 phones would be way too big for me

14 Pro Max - love the larger screen size. I have had a larger sized phone since the 6 Plus and the extra screen real estate is lovely. No way I could go back to a smaller phone now.

Pro max. My 11PM is starting to show its age with heavy use. I like the size for productivity and the speed and great screen.

14 Pro Max of course. Given the form factor change, buying the regular model this year almost feels like buying iPhone 8 in 2017.

Curious why so many want the PM model. Is the big screen really that important folks are willing to lug around what will be the heaviest iPhone ever? It might even weigh as much as the iPad Mini ha.
I am a 65 year old woman with arthritic hands but the Pro Max weight does not bother me at all. I like the battery life and the larger screen. I'm also a teacher so I get text messages a lot from parents and the larger screen is an advantage. I do feel the weight of it in my purse but that reminds me that I haven't inadvertently left my phone somewhere. Everyone has a style of iPhone they prefer for various reasons.

Good to read a different perspective

Yes, the screen is worth it. I do *a lot* of reading and writing on my phone, as well as the standard content consumption, so it makes a huge difference. And it really isn't that heavy!
