I am coming from a 13 pro and undecided between the 14pro or 14PM. I have had max phones since the 6 but went with a smaller pro last year. I do love the smaller size, but miss the battery life.

I am a 65 year old woman with arthritic hands but the Pro Max weight does not bother me at all. I like the battery life and the larger screen. I'm also a teacher so I get text messages a lot from parents and the larger screen is an advantage. I do feel the weight of it in my purse but that reminds me that I haven't inadvertently left my phone somewhere. Everyone has a style of iPhone they prefer for various reasons.

There will likely be a 14 Max this year which will have the same screen size but at a more sensible price. I’d imagine it’ll appeal to some who previously bought the Pro Max for the screen size but don’t want to pay £1100 or £1200 again for a device.

14 pro max, going back to Gold! Very few cases look ok with darker iPhones. Gold goes with a lot of case colors…

It all depends on how good the camera is and how much it has improved. 48mp hopefully will look awesome for portraits and landscape and astronomy. So, for me it’s the camera. The apps and other features look and work the same.

14 Plus or 14 Pro Max. I will debate the pro and cons of each and then decide post-keynote.

Just bought a 13 pro max with some great trade in incentives from Verizon. Won’t be seeing them with the 14.

I was waiting for the 14 to upgrade both our phones from 11 to 14 Pro, but not feeling it. Will probably go for the 13 Pro and take advantage of the current discounts I can find. We really only want the telephoto lens.

As usual biggest screen and the lowest storage.
iPhone 14 Pro Max
The lowest storage?? I’m guessing you don’t take many photos or video. You might as well just get the regular 14+ instead of the pro version if you’re not gonna take advantage of the cameras. You’ll have the same screen size and it will be cheaper.

If I get the 14 pro max, it will be the 1TB

I'm debating between the 14 pro and pro max. I am coming from the regular 13 model so whichever I choose will be really nice upgrade! I'm just worried the pro max might be too big so that's why I'm hesitant on picking that over the pro.
Decided that I'm going to go with the pro max! I went into the apple store to see the 13PM in person and it honestly wasn't as big as I was expecting.

How come what I am finding online about 14 PM weight says 228 vs the current 13 PM at 240?? Thought it was suppose to weigh more.

I’m not upgrading, but if I were it would be a Pro Max. Hopefully by the time I need a new iPhone there will be a Pro Max Max.

Curious why so many want the PM model. Is the big screen really that important folks are willing to lug around what will be the heaviest iPhone ever? It might even weigh as much as the iPad Mini ha.
Yes. Big screen for the win. Best camera (potentially) for the win. If I don’t want to carry a phone (like when I run), my watch is great for that. Either I have a bag or pockets, which fit any phone, or I don’t and just use my watch.

I'm interested to see which of the rumors turn out to be true in the end and that'll be the deciding factor for me. I bought the 13 Pro on launch last year, so if I'm being honest with myself, I have zero need for a new phone. The one thing that does make it tempting is that I can get around 800€ by selling the 13 Pro right now, so an upgrade would likely "only" be in the 400-450€ range even if Apple is raising the prices this year.

If I end up upgrading, I'll probably go for the smaller Pro phone again. I like having all the camera features in a phone size that is still somewhat easily handleable. I loved the Plus phones back in the day for their great battery life, so there's still an allure to having the Max model, but I think they're just going to be too big for me. As it is, even the standard size 13 Pro sticks out of some of my pockets.
