iPhone 4 32g
I've had 6 Blackberries, 3 Androids, 1 WP7, and 1 Palm. (All top of the line at the time of their respective release)
The iPhone 4 wins hands down. I really don't see the need for replacing the iPhone for at least 1-1/2 more years!

2G - 8GB (Wish I had kept it...)
3G - 16GB White (gave to the Mother-in-law)

I own a black iPhone 4 that currently has a white back plate on it. Owned a 3G for about two years but it was on it's way out and ultimately with a little help from me it became deceased on June 26th of 2010. Damn world cup didn't help... But for real It was at that point also held together with some electricle tape. That phone was a beast that took a lickin and kept on a kickin.
Awesome, I was gonna keep my iPhone 3G for three years but how I previously stated it was done after two. I'm gonna hold out until the iPhone 6 before I upgrade my iPhone 4.
