Agreed. They seem to reuse plots in Family Guy. For example, there was the old episode where Stewie finds his rival that is just like him. A very recent episode had a similar plot, only that Stewie thinks he found "the one" for him. The episodes still succeed in being very funny though.
 
When Futurama first started I didn't like it. Now that I'm a little older (25) I like it much better. But, I prefer Family Guy.
 
Futurama

I love that show. It's funny, emotional and makes sense. It has good characters and the plots are well thought.

Family Guy has some good jokes sometimes but it's just plain boring.
 
I used to love Family Guy but the plot lines of the past few seasons have gotten horrible. It can be summed up in one picture:

I definitely prefer Futurama over Family Guy and I wish it wasn't cancelled (again :p).
 
Like both but could do without Family Guy. It gets old and sometimes is just downright stupid (but not in a funny way).

Doesn't get better than Seasons 1-4 of Futurama.

I like family guy but if I have to endure one more cutaway of Conway Twitty, something bad is going to happen!

I've enjoyed watching futurama but only at a level if nothing is on and if it tickles my fancy. Family is outrageously funny, perhaps its my sense of humor but I was in tears over this small clip
 
One thing I'll say about Family Guy is that it'll end up pulling off something so funny, so stupid, that I end up giggling like a crazed loon for hours afterwards. Like that puke clip so tastefully posted above? Yeah, it's gross. I also ended up rolling in the floor when I first saw it on TV back when it first aired. I couldn't stop laughing.

But overall, I've gotta give my props to Futurama. Family Guy has its moments, but I tend to only like it in small doses. If I watch too much of it in a row, I start getting burnt out on it. Futurama? It never gets old.
