I am interested in one that is actually a curved 3d protector. All of these cheapo's are not 3D and allow dirt to get under the glass.

Cinder is expensive and IMOS is ridiculous.

Anyone find a real 3D glass protector?

I had a couple of Zaggs and haven't had issues w ghosting, but if I did, I'd much rather have to replace a cheap screen protector than an expensive one. No big whoop $3 or $4 compared to around $30, no brainer.

With Zagg, you only have to pay for the first one. Then after that, they only charge you $4 S&H fee to replace it. I already replaced mine once after a couple of months.

Not to split hairs but shipping from zagg replacement is $5.99 and on Amazon (if you have prime) for about 2$ more you can get two that are just as if not better than the zagg. The ones I get are $7.95 for two with prime shipping. Considering you pay 20$ for the zagg I can get at least 4 (almost 6) protectors for what one zagg cost.

Hey look, if buying an expensive screen protector gives you that feeling of security that's fine. But I've come to realize that the cheaper Amazon/eBay ones are just as good. I'd rather spend less on my initial purchase, especially when I upgrade phones each year anyway.

I agree 100%

Which brand are you using?

I'm guessing the amFilm by TechMatte.

There are so many different, cheaper and every bit as good screen protectors out there. The marketing hype has people spending far too much for these items. There are only a few manufacturers making these things. Myself and many others have found the cheap ones to be every bit as affective as the much higher priced versions.

Here's a good writeup that mentions YooTech, amFilm, TechArmor, and a few other quality brands:
Best Screen Protectors

Honestly, they're mostly 2-packs with reasonable prices and lifetime warranties. 6 of one and half a dozen of the other.
