It fits perfectly into my palm and is very comfortable. The small USB adapter has less connection problems that could occur with a wireless one and it fits into the phone when traveling, to avoid losing it. All-in-all I would give it a 9/10.. but who am I to judge mice. I do suggest it though. :)

Why not go to a Best Buy or someplace similar and try them out? You will find the one that fits your hand best.

i should. its tough call. I go on cnet and read readers reviews and people say good stuff and bad. Revoltion seems good but has problems with macs, same with revolutions. it says it has delays and its hard to get out of sleep. Nano could be too small. i will have to see it first. but its a tough call. i want one that works well. and shouldnt have problems with. nano seems good, so does revolution. any advice?

I have the VX Revolution and I love it. Pretty easy to use while hooked up to my blackbook. I feel that it is the perfect size for my hand, but may differ with you. I also got it when there was a deal/rebate for the mouse, which made the purchase a no brainer.

I went with the VX Nano mouse for several reasons. I like how I can program multiple buttons (one is Spaces, another is Expose application windows, and another is Expose ALL windows). I also like the fact that the USB adapter is so small. I have had previous mouses and didn't like the fact that i had to keep track of a separate adapter. This one is so small that I leave it in.

Size wise, I have big hands and have no problems with it. It fits perfectly and I am never uncomfortable while using it.

It has a case which is really nice to put in my bag. I never have a had a trouble with tracking also.

Amazing mouse man. get it.

I'd get the Nano, just because it has all the same features(I think) as the Revolution but is smaller and has a Tiny Receiver that wont ruin the look of the MacBook.

its nothing real important there all gonna do the same thing at the end . I have the wireless might mouse and it does the job more then well. The Track ball on it is a plus that no other mouse has

the reciever for the vx nano acts the same as any other wireless usb mouse reciever, except the difference is that the one on the nano is the smallest reciever in the world lol, meaning u can still take it out if you want to, but it wont break off if you move your laptop and hit something, like the mx will.

I got the revolution! decided it was the best. I went to staples and was able to see both out of the box and put my hand on them. revolution seemed like the best and had better reviews. I got my macbook thursday, have yet to open it! Im waiting until monday. I want to have a good amount of time. So after work i will open it and be able to enjoy it!

OK
I have the nano AND the vx revolution

I definitely prefer the Vx because the Nano is just too small. The Vx has more button and more enjoyable
Now, my sister has the bluethoot myghty mouse and she still prefer mine
Honestly, it's hard too find any default to the Vx
The nano is too small and the mighty 's battery doesn't last long enough

Go for the VX

For you guys that own VX revolutions:

Is it true that since the mouse uses the wireless frequency 2.4GHz that Wifi signals interfere with it and make the mouse jumpy at times when your laptop is using Wifi?

I read something about that in some other forums. Just was wondering if you had similar experiences.

Thanks very much.

Nah, no interference for me. Works and glides smoothly.

I purchased the VX nano, and I really liked the features it had, such as the small usb plug, and the great battery life. But I returned it and bought the VX revolution. The main reason was basically just feel...the revolution feels SO much better. Seriously I don't feel cramped at all, and the build quality on the revolutions is much better...All in all the Revolution is a better mouse, and I was able to find it on amazon for a very nice price.

I prefer Bluetooth mice for laptops. Why they make only "cordless" mice with this stupid USB receiver??? MacBook has 2 USB ports: I use one for iPod and the second is free so I can plug in a device (like flash drive) at any time.

How this receiver is better than using the built-in BT module?

I like to use a mouse when I'm using the MacBook at home on its desk (my current mouse is Logitech v270 Bluetooth) and trackpad when I'm out.

I have both a wired and wireless mm. I rarely use the wireless one because I've gotten use to the track pad on the macbook. The wired one is on the iMac. I had logitech mice before but I fell in love with my mm. Plus the logitechs aren't as pretty sitting next to my iPod and iMac on my desk.

Receiver may not be better than a bluetooth but the nanos form factor and features make it scores better than the bluetooth offerings out there. The receiver is just something we have to deal with to get the mouse we want.

Had both the revolution and the nano, and prefer the revolution due to the form. Fits a right hander perfectly, while the nano can cramp up the hand if used as a main mouse - it doesn't fit the hand as well. I doubt that the vx nano fits any hand as "perfectly" as the vx revolution because the shape of the revo is just more ergonomically tailored to a right hander. Your hand literally "cups" the mouse with no gaps, or weird placement of the hand. The location of the back and forward buttons at the index finger on the nano is a bit annoying to me, and the size of those buttons make it kind of hard to press. (I would have to actively move my hand to press the forward button where as I can absentmindedly do the same with the revolution). However, the placement of the buttons on the revolution are real nice and a pleasure to utilize.
