iPod touch Which one would you pick, 16GB iPod touch or 8 GB iPhone?

would having a 16gb touch and a 4gb iPhone seem stupid?

AT&T recently bought my carrier (dobson AKA Cellular One) so I'd like to get my hands on a 4gb iPhone as soon as I can 🙂.
