Which Series 4 Apple Watch will you preorder?

My first Apple Watch - I will go Space Grey 44m LTE/GPS with Seashell Sport loop. That will be my main bracelet for sports, running, day to day.etc.

I plan to buy a brown leather strap as well for when I want something more formal.

Probably not getting a 4, unless it really blows me away, but same experience here. The SS0 body was scratched up, which I really didn't mind, but the Aluminum Series 3 has a few good scratches on the screen.

I may have been wrong. I caught myself repeatedly saying "Shut up and take my money" while watching the event. Might have been the screen, or the new faces, or maybe the heart stuff. Add it all up, and I really like it.

Finding the 40 tempting, as it's almost the same size as the old 42.

Can somebody at Apple tell me why should I buy the new Apple Watch 4? I live in Austria and all the new features I want in my watch is not included or not functional in those models sold by Apple in Austria i.e ECG, Cellular, stainless steel case and bracelet . It was for that reason I never bought an Apple Watch.
