I've used firefox for as long as I can remember. Only thing it's lacking is full screen support unless I just haven't found it yet. I like the Adblock plugins too :)

Adblock for Safari is also amazing on the iPhone ;)

tried FireFox, Chrome, and Opera.........but always came back to Safari.

I run it with AdBlock, Ghostery, and Incognito........

I abandonned Safari back when they released version 5 and its awful autocomplete system, switched to chrome then its variant "SRware Iron", the same without a google account required and less report to google servers.

not sure it's really a better choice but you never know.
having also an android phone and a gmail and calendar account I get less the impression that "google is everywhere I turn"
also sometimes firefox.

I liked Chrome, but their new privacy policy concerns me. So I stick with FireFox.

The privacy policy in chrome is really only relevant if you stay logged into your google account at all times. Log out when you don't need to be.

Anything in Chrome that can considered a privacy risk can be disabled in options. Heck, Chrome doesn't even set its search engine to Google by default. It asks you what you want to use at install.

I wouldn't recommend Iron. All it does is hardcode off the same things that can be disabled manually in Chrome. It updates much slower than Chrome does and the fact is, it doesn't do anything special privacy wise. The whole Iron product is essentially a sham.

Yeah I'm not sure about Iron either but I noticed in the last version at least chrome is a bit obnoxious if you're not logged into a google account and never have been (login! please login! your penis will fall if you don't log in!)

Safari for me - it works how i need it to. On my PC its just IE - maybe i'm just too lazy to install and try other options :p

I have been using Chrome, which I really like, but switched back to Firefox because I can only get out of Chrome with a "force quit."

Safari, great user experience and it just works which is always a plus. I am sure the others are nice but for me safari is the way to go.

Safari because I like to switch it up. It's a good browser and it's the default so why bother installing something else. I also have firefox installed just in case there are compatibility issues.

I'd been using Firefox for years for no particular reason but switched to Chrome the other day to see what it's like. It took me a whole day to find addons that suit my needs, but overall so far, so good. Some websites don't work well on Chrome, and some don't on Firefox. But those are rare in my experience. I still miss some useful addons that I can't seem to find the equivalents of for Chrome, but I came across a nice extension I can find only on this browser too. Safari has always been there as a backup I can fall back on.
