Thanks for the advice, I'm gonna try it out soon. Yea I definitely have the news roccat and WebKit
I love Roccat. The interface is different, it has some really neat features, and it's fast. I've relinked it against the latest LWK and it performs noticeably better than LWK itself. Plus the feature where it answers questions right from the address bar is really cool, at least in my opinion.
If you've replaced your system WebKit it should be fine.
I generally Relink instead, when you download Leopard WebKit inside the DMG there is a relink app, simply drag Roccat onto it, it will then create a Roccat LWK.app that app will be then be relinked so when you open it.
Best to make sure you have latest Leopard WebKit as the latest version fixes various Roccat issues.
Yeah, you have to drag it to the relink applescript.Well I finally installed the newest Webkit and Relinked Roccat 7.2 against it however when I run
http://browserspy.dk/webkit.php Roccat still shows 600.8.9 ?
What does your Roccat LWK show ? Should I drag Roccat from the Applications folder to the Relink Applescript (inside the Webkit DMG) ?

Agreed. If you've got Leopard, another good option is @Lastic's SMTube, if you don't mind getting Xcode and MacPorts. When you make it use CorePlayer as its regular player, it's very efficient and doesn't slow everything else down on the computer; it's my favorite for this reason. (uses about 30% cpu on 360 mp4) His thread that goes into detail on how to install it is here: https://forums.macrumors.com/thread...-for-youview-mactubes-mobile-youtube.2030035/
The reason I've set SMTube to 360p is because on my Powerbook G4, Coreplayer has some strange VLC-like artifacting going on for certain types/qualities of video (like the 720p MP4 setting on SMTube); but when I set SMTube to 360p, Coreplayer works fine.Agreed.
On most G4 Macs that support Leopard you can bump the quality to 720p with no issues, and even on some of the slowest Keopard Macs I'd still 480p is the minimum. You might want to go higher than 360p. Just sharing my experience. I could be wrong.
