While charging: Off or Sleep?

What I do every night is plug it in and then, when I hear the little beep that it is plugged in, i push the sleep button putting it to sleep. I leave it plugged in all night until the morning and it still works perfectly fine since the day I got it.

Sleep. So I can do other stuff using it while it charges.
