Balvenie Portwood is excellent for a single malt.

Not really a big fan of the water of life. I went on a golfing/drinking expedition of Strathspey a couple of years back but couldn't find a single malt I liked (but the golf more than made up for it!)
The only safe bet for me is Johnnie Walker, red or black.
And Glenfiddich
I like Glenmorangie too.
Actually from the sounds of it, I am a big fan!
