I also find it odd that carriers over there have them while AT&T has said "none at launch." I bet they're confused about the two tone box honestly.

Hi Guys

ive spoken to many o2, carphone warehouse and apple stores today, most had their deliveries ready to sell

they all stated very clearly no white phone just black

im so gutted as really want white

shame on apple, for god sake just give us a release date

though interesting enough, chatted to an apple employee on the apple chat and he said register for info and we will let you know by email when the announcement is then he said oddly after pushing for a date, make sure you check your email regularly throughout the day tomorrow

why would he say this, mmmm wonder if its news
 
Not really TBH. Apple employees, unless they're higher up, know nothing. Even at the main campus, only those who "need to know" know anything. Jobs and co. usually pull people from other groups and form even more secret groups for things like new iPhones, so really, there's probably only a couple hundred people who'd know, and I imagine they want to keep their jobs.

Honestly, the smart thing to do is take a trip to Vietnam. 2 or 3 phones were in the wild before WWDC even started. You could probably find a white one there. 😛
 
I hate to be Debbie Downer as I want a White one just as bad as the next guy, but we are about 17 hours before launch and nobody on this site has or has been able to post a pic of the White model. Needless to say I think we all just need to stop the speculation from your sister's babydaddy's cousin whose best friend knows the guy who checked them in at Walmart in Buncum County who said they have 3 of them in White. Look unless you see pics floating somewhere on a blog or a forum lets just kill this noise.
I now return you to your regularly scheduled forum.
