Does anyone know if the ceramic glass they are using in the white iPhone 5 model is different than what is used on iPhone 4 and 4S? My guess is yes, since I believe those models just used painted glass. Ceramic typically is very difficult to scratch so hopefully this was an upgrade...

I've had black iPhones for 4 years. Ready for a change.

So what they say about going black isn't true.

i had a black 3gs..black ipad..white 4s..white ipad 3rd gen

now its time for black 5

its totally preference..theyll both look amazing...

I've always bought the White ones since they have been available. This year I went with the Black & Slate. I think it looks sexy as hell. Wife went with the White. At least we won't have the same color iPhone anymore and no confusion.

Had one black 3GS and since then white 4s and now white 5

I prefer the white. For those who want to be noticed the white is better , the apple logo on the back is shiny unlike the black and it's more of a wow factor I guess.

I don't really care whether someone knows which iphone I have, it's going to be shoved into a case from day 1 anyway, and spends more time in my bag than in my hand.
