It is a monster of a phone, slim and slippery, impossible to use with one hand, and probably not very practical for day to day use.

But I don't regret it one bit. I love the phone, love the large screen, and am so glad I did not get the 6.
this. i thought i would regret it. my fianceè got the 6 and i remember second guessing myself.

now after using it over the weekend the 6 seems so small. the 6+ is so impractical but i don't care. the larger screen AND better battery life more than make up for any other downfalls with this product. :D

I think it's funny that a lot of people are not liking the 6 plus because of the size...I mean do you not remember the big cell phones of the 80s and 90s??? Even before the iPhone you had thick monster PDA cell phones.

So what is the size of a phone supposed to be? I love my 6 plus! I actually surf the web on it now. I stopped using the web on my phone probably after the iPhone 3gs.

Ill admit I am disappointed on the graphics benchmark of the 6+, but that went away real quick when I remembered the alternative was a smaller screen. I love the 6+ and cant wait until apps start getting optimized for the larger screen!

People complain that they are too big. Over the next several months you will see them everywhere. It will be the new normal. If anything, you will probably see an increase of Note devices. I suspect the next Samsung Galaxy 6 will have a bigger screen. Maybe around 5.2". It's clear the market is going to bigger screens.

I was undecided even until friday morning. But then I held one inside of the apple leather case and fell in love. It was a lot easier to hold the actual phone then a cardboard cutout or a similar phone (note 3). The design of the phone and the curves actually compliment my hands / fingers better then the note. I don't get enough of a reach on the note so I thought I would be disappointed with the Plus. But I've been using my plus non stop all weekend on purpose and have been comfortable everytime. Most of it has been one handed use on purpose and its been great. Really love reachability for those moments where I can't adjust my grip to reach the top.

Overall very satisfied.

I couldn't be happier with the size of the plus. It feels great in my hands and has a real solid feel to it. I find that my typing is more accurate and I can type more confidently since the keys are larger (i type with both hands).

I also find myself using the device more to browse the web than I did with the previous iPhone sizes. Web browsing is a much better experience.

Also I am loving the battery life. I have only needed to charge about ~1.5 times since I got the phone on release day.

Not I. Especially not now that the 6+ was judged "the best SmartPhone LCD ever tested". I'm giddy as a school girl with a new Barbie Doll....

I'm glad my wife ordered the 6 and I ordered the 6+. Best of both worlds. Though I'm still waiting for my 6+, I've played with her 6 and seen other of my friends have the 6 and I don't think I will regret the 6+. For me, yes, the 6 is big upgrade from the 5 and the screen is a bit bigger than the 5 but I can't wait till my 6+ comes in about a week. Don't think I will regret having the bigger screen and slight upgraded features than the 6.

Nah. I don't regret the purchase of it. I ordered a 6+ for myself and a 6 for my wife. She wanted a 6+ though, and was mad when I insisted that she get a 6. After they both came she thanked me. She would have surely regretted getting such a big phone.

I currently have the 6 plus. I do like the bigger screen and better. But it's not a one handed device for me. I generally use two hands, even with m 5s. That being said, I did use my wife's 6 and the screen seemed so small. LOL. I'm not sure if I can do the smaller screen anymore. Once the developers start making apps for it, I think it will be an even better device. Right now I'm still on the fence if I should exchange it for the 6, but it's hard when I got a tasted of the bigger screen. :D

This is me. It fits in pockets (who cares if it sticks out?), has fantastic 2-day battery life (for my uses), doesn't feel or look absurd when making a phone call IMHO, and the big, bright screen is just amazing. Not to mention the camera is much improved (colors are true, focus is great - although this may be also true for 6) and web browsing is also improved. However, after using it since Friday, I am still having trouble achieving comfortable typing accuracy on the bigger portrait keyboard and it just really feels awkward holding it and navigating/typing, even more so in landscape mode. It is somewhat difficult/awkward to handle/ carry around and for some reason harder to know where/how to lay it down; it's not the weight, just the sheer size, I guess. Obviously my motor skill memory hasn't adjusted yet so I'm hoping handling becomes much more comfortable/natural in the next week. Anyway, I will give it a few more days. It would be hard to return, though, and give up the screen and battery life. Probably will end up keeping 6+ as its benefits outweigh trade offs for me.

I actually like the weight of it (always thought 5/5s felt a little unsubstantial) but I am worried about finding suitable cases that don't weigh it down or turn it into a massive , tacky device. It seems like there are way better and more numerous case options for the 6. And I am a person with a severe addiction for multiple case options.

I can't see why I would tote my iPad Air with me in public now that I am carrying the 6+ and this makes me also reconsider my habit of annual iPad upgrade.

I just used my 6 plus in the car this morning with the Navigon GPS app. The screen size for this purpose alone is worth it.

Give it time. Remember if all you used was the iPhone, it's been years of smaller screens. You can't expect to get accustomed to it overnight. I say give it a two week period and go from there. At least you will still be in the return policy. That's my plan, but I'm still leaning towards keeping the 6+.

This. I think it could actually HELP the sale of competing phablet devices.

Had reservations initially about the size but after using the 6 I needed the 6plus back it's brilliant and fantastic battery life and screen looked much brighter than the 6

I printed cardboard models and didn't decide until ten minutes before preorders kicked off at my local carrier. I went with the 6 Plus because I will use it a lot so ... I want a huge screen. LOVE IT!! And the battery! That thing is GIGANTIC they shouldn't have done that ad campaign with the 5s they should've done it with the 6 Plus because it is gigantic and powerful and stuff.:p

I want a 6+ but I feel the size makes privacy a severe non-option.

I like to quickly get my phone our during lectures, tutorials or clinics with patients. I feel everyone can see exactly what I'm doing on my phone and sometimes it can be very personal.

Also I fear not enough applications will truly utilise the potential of the huge screen as those apps will go to the iPad.

However, it looks beautiful and if someone can make it work for them, its a no brainer. Also my hands are little bitch hands.

i had a little buyers remorse when waiting in line on Friday for my 6+, but as soon as i got it in my hands, it went away.
Yes it's big, but I've already become acclimated to it, and I know I would've seen people with the 6+ and would've regretted not getting it.
I don't have the biggest of hands but can still comfortably text/type with one hand. I do have to use two hands for somethings, but I expected I would have to. I ordered it because of the screen size, disregarding the size of the device and I've never been happier with an apple product

i dont get this "cant use it with one hand" BS. if you have 2 hands use them. if you dont have 2 hands get a flip phone.
