who else hates the auto-capitalized LOL

so just say lol instead?
All you have to do is hit the x by the attempted auto capitilization, instead of hitting space/send
after 2 or 3 times, the phone will learn that you don't want LOL and will stop trying to correct you
im personally not a big fan of lol anyway. I always just go with a good old haha
yes, this is one of the silliest bugs in the iPhone OS. If it was capable of learning "lol" it wouldn't be an issue, but this is the one word that the OS won't learn...
I agree. I thought the iPhone was supposed to learn these things? My old crappy flip phone learned T9 words....
If you're male, and over 15, you shouldn't be using 'LOL' anyway.
And if you're over 15, you probably shouldn't still be confusing "your" and "you're" either.

yea i get the impression people think LOL means i found it soooo funny

I agree. The LOL is obnoxious and can make something look funnier than its supposed to be. I tend to stick with "haha."
LOL is supposed to be VERY funny.. like lmao status.. lol is just like.. "haha"

I feel like Haha is beginning to eclipse lol. The auto-cap LOL is extremely wrong in most instances. If i wanted to SCREAM lol, I would go with something that would emphasize how much more funny the conversation was with something like rofl, lmao,. etc... Cheers for 3.0? Maybe the new OS will be able to learn gooder'.
