I have so many bugs this included (restarting/reseting doesn't work)

HAJE = "Had About Just Enough"

After looking up its origin It seems I wasn't too far off.

I had the crazy icon too (mine was on the Settings.app, posted thread about it) and it just went back to normal after about a half dozen or so iTunes syncs. All my icons are correct again.

Just because a beta is expired doesn't mean apple will release a new one. With 2.0 beta there was like 2 days from when the beta expired to when a new one was released.

I'm fairly sure that was an accident. I don't think they want to leave developers in the lurch with dead devices, even if it is for just a few days. I think they also understand that despite stating 3.0 devices should be for testing purposes only, people are using their primary/only devices with 3.0.
