Exactly. I'm hoping they've got something big up their sleeves in terms of a UI redesign. I mean, why else would they bring icon and interface designers like misecia (?) from MacThemes onboard? That, and the rumored interface changes for Snow Leopard - I can totally see Apple having something big like that planned.
On the other hand, I remember being underwhelmed by last summer's announcement, so ...

That makes sense. At WWDC they announce the new new iPhone and show off a tweaked/redesigned interface for OS 3.0, 'available today for devs' and a month later for the general public.
