Don't worry my phone was in Indy since yesterday and It just delivered today and i live in Pennsylvania. The delivery guy said iPhone shipments are on different delivery trucks and don't always show correct info. Mine came by fedex van and he said he came from Pittsburgh not my local fedex hub. So I would have no worries.

Yeah, everyone needs to calm down a little. Normally FedEx tracking is very good, but for whatever reason today it seems like things are updating very slowly and scans are being missed. It could have something to do with the volume of iPhone nuts (me being one of them) trying to track there packages....
Mine left Memphis at 3:45am, it's going to Northern NJ and is scheduled to come tomorrow before 4:30.

Yeah I'm on the same boat too! Mine left TN on 4:19 a.m. but I'm so happy to hear others are getting the iPhones despite the missed scan! I can't wait for mine to get here.
Mine says it's still in Alaska and I'm in Socal. Says it will be delivered today.
We must be on the same plane. I'm in Glendale, CA and the package is still in Anchorage. My only hope is that fedex tracking is way off.
