Whenever I have a bag I take it. That usually means work, outings with kids, but other times I just use my phone if I need to email or look something up.

I'll only use at home and sometimes at the office and when traveling.

It's too big to take everywhere as I'll take things I can fit in my pockets when out and about as I'm not a female with the luxury of a purse or a hipster with a messenger bag! :D

Plus I just don't need it with me when out shopping or socializing anyway. I don't even have a smart phone yet as I don't really want to be hassled by e-mail, internet etc. when out and about as I waste too much time at my pc or laptop as is!

My first-gen iPad went with me everywhere and now my new iPad 2 will be going with me everywhere.... I didn't go anywhere yesterday but today I had a few errands to run and so this was the first outing with the new iPad in my Muzetto bag. Yes, I have an iPhone 4 as well, but I just prefer using my iPad when I can. Sometimes the thing doesn't leave the bag when I'm out and about, and other times I'm glad to have it for checking email, sending an email or just looking up something online.

Too big...I take my evo everywhere..this stays in the house and I use it as a couch and bed tab...on couch using it right now watching amazing race...love it.

I wouldn't say that I bring my iPad with me everywhere, but I do bring it lots of places. I wouldn't bring my iPad to a concert, or to the beach. But I do enjoy having it on me for those moments when your bored and want to browse the web.
I have an awesome bag that I use to carry the iPad. It's a vertical sling bag. So awesome, it was only $30:)

In order to take my iPad everywhere I use a Leather case/bag from Gadgetfreeway it is a great answer. You can open the front flap and use the iPad while you carry. It is the only one I have found to do that. Great looking too, looks like the bag Indiana Jones carried. Very functional and looks great.

I too take my iPad with me everywhere I go. I carry it in my shoulder bag, which I already carried, and it fits inside of it nicely. I carry an iPhone 4 too, so it's basically whenever I'm someplace sitting, I'll use the iPad instead.

I had a pretty steardy portfolio case before, but now with the iPad 2, I only have the smart cover. So I think I'm going to get a skin for the back and a neoprene sleeve to put the whole thing in.

I also didn't want to use battery power from my iPhone if I needed Internet without wifi, so I got the 3G version, that I only activate when I need to.

Not so much. I tend to leave my iPad at home since it is rather bulky (maybe iPad 2 better) and drag my Galaxy Tab for a quick run. Most of the time I tend to carry two cell phones since I have a separate line for personal and work. So 2 cell phones are good enough for me.

I'd probably take mine around if I had one. And I'd probably buy one straight away if J.K. Rowling would allow the Harry series on iBooks.
Imagine all the neat stuff they could add, too. I'd pay a good amount for the entire series, with animated chapter illustrations, Daily Prophet, etc. One can dream.
