Who exchanged for a different color?

I originally ordered space grey/black then switched to silver/white. Similar look to my last iPhone 5.

I think the black front is too dark, would show more scratches and when watching a video makes the screen size look smaller. It does look good on the 6 however! Lastly, the gold looks girlish to me.

You have 3 choices so it's all personal preference!

No - I didn't exchange my phone, but I did change the color. To be honest, I thought the back of the gold iPhone 6 that I bought was kind of ugly. And it was so slippery, that I decided to buy a red Apple silicone case. The red case makes it look much nicer IMHO. It goes very well with the white front. And I love that the phone is still pretty thin, even with the case on it.

I originally wanted a Gold. At launch at my local apple store I was only able to get a Space Grey 6+. Phone is nice and clean and stealthy. But I wanted to try to obtain a Gold one. Was able to get a Gold plus at the apple store before the 14 day cut off return policy. No regrets. Love the Gold/white combo.

dont have an upgrade until october 2015, but my supervisor switched to tmobile and sold me his AT&T SG16g 6 for $350.

Wish it was gold instead, but hey it was a good deal.

I want the space gray Iphone 6 but they seem hard to come by.

I like the black front iPhone better. Wish they did black front and gold back

Still working on the 6 vs 6 plus decision, but I have my color choices worked out! If 6 Plus I am going space gray to make the bezel less obvious. If 6 I will go gold. (Does this color make my bezel look fat:p)

I spent some time with the Gold and Silver 6 Plus's in store, and decided to keep my Space Grey. The seemlessness of the black front and the way the light bends on the edges look great. I think it's clear that the 6 was made to be this color. It mirrors the design of the Apple Watch, and it's obvious why the bezel is only black there- to hide the dumb looking screen. The Gold and Silver are great on the 6, but a little too much on the Plus. I'm still a little jealous of the finishes though. The Grey aluminum looks good in some lights, meh in others. I hope for the 6s they make the option black and silver, black and gold, white and silver, white and gold.

Would let Apple offer more colors, with less manufacturing complexity- only 2 different backs instead of 3. And black and gold would match the gold Apple Watches very well.
