I want in one theme to collect data about the processor...
I was just letting you know before everyone starts bashing on you in the morning...
Wow, you are fuelling CHIPGATE : just when it was dying down since the 6s launch ;-)
I have a feeling the SE will exclusively use TSMC. Why? - The samsung runs hotter and may not suit the small bodies SE.
*EDIT. Wiki states the SE uses either a Samsung and TSMC chip.
Here is a screenshot from YouTube, the author says that this SE.....
I am disappointed....
Why? I've got a Samsung 6s Plus and I get over a day with constant use, never runs hot except after this particular release which did something odd with Siri, and doesn't stutter like my brand new SGS7 which stutters like crazy when scrolling through heavy Web pages and crashes CNN.
Got the good chip in my new SE
Well if it's on YouTube, it must be true.
Yeah, 'cause anyone in their right mind KNOWS that Youtube is the only place to get accurate information on ANY subject!
I have an AMD chip in my iPhone SE. OP google the new rumors about them using three different chips all with varying degrees of battery life. Make sure you return your iPhone SE until you get one with an AMD chip.
Mine has one of those Intel Inside stickers.
Mine has this one…
That's a jailbreak, right?
Right………I dual boot OS X 10.5.8 with it.
The power of jailbreaking!
I'm singing Samsung this go around.
Mine has dual processors.....one of each.
I'm not looking, because it matters not to me. I'm enjoying my SE, and it doesn't matter which processor is in my phone. There's nothing I can do about it, other then maybe continually return the phone until I get a model that has the processor I want, and then maybe something else is wrong with it. My phone seems to be defect free, and is faster then my 6 plus. I call this a win.
I'm glad chipgate is back, was one of my favourite "gates"
How do you check, i seem to remember from the 6s that you run your battery right down, then you go into something on your phone and it will tell you, but i can't remember where that something is.
Download AX-CPU from the AppStore.
Battery life is a massive step up from the 5S my SE replaced.
I've used these free apps...
in the past without issue.
There was a way to check in the logs, but I forgot what that was.
