I don't think so. While I really like some of the tweaks I'm using (especially programs like MxTube), it's a lot of hassle and I'd rather just enjoy my device as is.

That's changed, good sir. You can now downgrade, so long as you have jailbroken, at least as of today.

When the new ios comes out you wont be able to even with saved shsh blobs for the 4S. All other previous iphones you could.
Apple has patched the upgrade/downgrade path for the 4S that currently redsnow takes advantage of using an exploit.

Do they stop signing the previous firmwares the day the new one launches? usually there is a couple day leeway, right? That should give you at least SOME time. Didn't know that about the blobs though. I assumed since they are currently being used they could continue to be.
