Haha, my parents are loving the weather right now and making fun of everyone wearing coats to work. This summer my mom thought it was weird that there were so many water spout alerts. It's unseasonably cold here too right now at 10 degrees this morning. We often don't get that cold in January on average. My dad did say that the drivers are crazy, but luckily the corporate housing they're in until their old house sells isn't far from his work, and neither is the airport. But Houston is really spread out! My parents keep trying to get me to move down there but if I'm going to move to Texas I'd rather live somewhere like Austin and do app design at a startup. Not sure about what's going on in the design scene in Houston.

Austin is nice. Houston is...... fast
That's about the best word for it. Lots of opportunities. I don't know much about the world of design, but you could do as well either place. Yea, Houston is way spread out. My son just moved back and its 1 1/2 hr drive to his house from mine. It's a great place to live.

8.9 would be the perfect size for me. I used to have a nook hd+ which at 9 inches was a great screen size. I now have a mini 2 and 8 inches is fine but not as good for me.

I would try an 8.9" ipad. I like the screen of the air but it's a little unwieldy with one hand. I love the size of the mini but every once and awhile I wish the screen was a little bit bigger.

Sadly, I don't think this would ever happen but I would definitely buy one if available.
