So any activity next week will probably delivered first week of May.

This is really scary guys. Considering there are XX:03 orders yet to have any movement

In general is there a large shortage of Stainless Steel models? What I mean are they hard to come by? Mostly all the video I've seen on YouTube have been just Sport editions

42MM SS BSB X:03 (Pacific time) - status finally changed to shipped as of this morning- expected delivery date is the 29th

Ps: my girlfriends watch was scheduled for the 27th, but it came yesterday.

Was it showing as per Apple the 27th then UPS delivered yesterday? Cause that would make me-->:D

I am giving in!! Who got a watch in SF and what is the closest model to 42mm ss? Should i try white sport band? Is it the black sport band or the size issue? I wanna order one more now and cancel which ever comes late as well: (

I want to do that too. Place a new order on the white band stainless steel and which ever one gets prepared to ship and shipped first, I will cancel the other one.

I ordered at 00:03:27 and I am prepping for shipping yesterday and got charged as well

Ordered April 10 at 3:09am EST
42 mm SS with BSB

9am EST this morning - item has shipped with expected delivery date of April 30 2015 (according to apple).

UPS has not updated so expected item Monday/Tuesday

Congrats, though as a Brit who got a confirmation 3 minutes before you I'm a bit surprised/confused as to how yours has shipped before others.

Congrats on getting yours shipped. HOWEVER, I live on the East coast. Ordered mine at 3:04 EST. And I got nothing.

Ordered at 3:02, received email at 3:03 on the east coast. Got charged and flipped to preparing for shipment last night.

Completed Apple CSR chat to verify time my order was logged into the system correctly. Apple's time matched my confirmation email of 12:10:30.

I asked her if she would pass on some feedback. She said yes. I noted that in-store pickup should not have been displayed if Apple was not going to allow in-store pickup. Trying to get in-store pickup to work on both iPhone app and online cost me 6 minutes to place order and 2 more minutes for confirmation email to arrive. This moved my Watch from launch day to 4-6 weeks. Apple needs better messaging and should not enable in-store pickup if it is not an option. I have been first in line at many of my store's launches and generally in first ten. Farthest back was original iPhone when I was 64. Made all iPhone launches but 2 and several iPad launches including first iPad.

Apple CST said she would pass on feedback and asked if I would do the same and she would give me the chat ID. Said yes. The feedback page is Apple's standard feedback page but for the Watch. I completed the form and added chat ID. Lesson learned.

Apple policy and in particular Tim Cooks is the more inventory Apple has sitting in its warehouses the more it costs the company, remember warehouses full of stock and unsold machines had nearly sunk apple in 1996 so the new normal is the less inventory the better.Cook once referred to inventory "not only evil, but fundamentally evil"Too much inventory was a consequence of forecasting sales wrongly. Traditional a company will manufacture good to suit expected orders under a period of months, that means each machine is built, shipped and stored and cost money until it is sold,This is not Tim Cooks way he uses a state of the art IT system that allows Apple to build in response to demand, I have a feeling that instead of having early production and warehouse ready to ship the product in time for the 24th Foxconn who produces the Apple watch didn't actually start production until on or after the 10th of April when the preorders started flooding in and Apple have been overwhelmed or caught by surprise by the popularity of certain models and underestimated how much Apple watches that would be pre-ordered and have been playing catch up to meet supply and demand since. And theres been no way the two week period between the 10 April to the 24th has been a long enough period to begin and fulfil all pre-orders and delivered in time for launch day and for this reason you are not sporting your brand new Apple Watch on your wrist.

The only issue I have with this is, we are not in 1996 anymore, APPLE is one of the most successful companies in the world with a loyal fan base, forgetting the two week pre order window, I'm taking a guess that apple has enough money to carry out market research, there is no excuse for later orders being shipped before 1st day orders...

Again as an apple loyalist myself I'm willing to let a bad launch slide but can you name me a successful Apple launch since iPhone 4, and on that very note, should Apple not have learned from their previous mistakes.

This is the infamous APPLE WATCH, people were talking about this years before Apple announced it, the hype was always going to be huge.....an inventory was not only common sense but fundamental :D

Well , my pending AppleCare charge just dissapeared from my card details.. Now I don't know what that means, but it's probably not good.

Wow, that jumped a lot of order minutes, from roughly 4/5 to 9.

What was your original delivery date timeframe?

I'm going to be a true American right now.

I'm going to watch a movie and eat a whole pizza by myself. I could shed a tear or two. Maybe my watch will ship at some point.

Same thing happened to me. I triple checked with apple and they said that everything was good and on schedule. Assuming the same thing with you. Still see the charge on apple pay though.
