Hey buddy!
It's only a few seconds before you get your email. You can try another Apple Chat person.
And here's some words of advice I'm a XX:06:02, our orders are fine. Our watches are not in the US yet. They will be we will get charge for them and they will be shipped to us eventually.
It's hard to tell when this is going to happen. But it seems to be fast so keep your hopes up.
Just wanted to clarify. My email had said 12:04 pst in San Diego. But I did check the email via the forward method and it showed it actually being 12:03:03. So I was earlier than I thought.
I think Canadians are getting different shipping services than people in the USA and that's confusing people a bit.
Looks like we have 1 jet coming into AK and two scheduled from AK to TN this evening. Let's all pretend the two jets are so packed with SS SBS that the pilot has to set a few on his/her lap.
Have there been any charges today?
How can you know this !! And how can you guys see the seconds?!

I think one of the biggest frustrations is that with the Apple Watch, Apple forgot that it is a US-based company. What I mean by this is that in the past, US orders took definite priority. That is no longer the case. What this has meant is that someone might have ordered one of these watches at :05 in X country and has already seen a shipment occur. Meanwhile, a US order placed at :03 is still being processed.
This isn't a knock at non-US based customers. It's just something we in America have never experienced. Add in our ability to chat on forums like this and a lot of us are very, very upset and angry.
I think in the future, Apple needs to be much more transparent on how these thing work. At the minimum, they need to eliminate the range in shipment dates. Before we order, the system should give us a firm date on which we'll receive our product, whether that is on launch day or afterwards.
This 2-week range of dates is bs, again because we're seeing later orders already shipping. This entire thing continues to leave a bad taste in my mouth.
Just sent an email to Tim and got a response on Saturday!
I'm pretty blown away to even get a response, let alone on a Saturday.
Sadly, this aligns with what an Apple CSR told me. Basically he said my order was less important because it was a BSB. I think other countries received priority for this SKU. Likely because of the strong dollar and / or general global economy weakened purchasing power. My guess is Apple predicted high international demand for SS Sport Bands, and further estimated that white would be more popular based on iPhone demand.
I had hit my AMEX a little after 4AM... still at processing though

What was the response?
Anyone have an idea what the minute:seconds transition was from May 8 to the May 13 to 27 window?
"John,
Thanks for your note and feedback.
We have no intention of exclusively selling on line for future launches. Due to the vast number of configurations, we knew we could overall serve more customers with an online approach, especially given it was our first time with estimating customer preference across such a large number of possibilities.
All of us love launch days in our stores and look forward to the next one.
Were working hard to get as many units out as possible.
Tim"
Might be a coined response, but doesn't look like it after a quick Google search.
It is my understanding, that if you get an actual reply from that inbox that is signed "Tim" it is from him. The emails are usually handled by exec relations and are replied to via phone call and/or from alternate email addresses. Any replies directly from that account with his name are allegedly from him. He chooses several a day to read and reply to.

Dumb question how do you find the exact time you received your confirmation email?
